Printer Won't Connect to Wi-Fi? Quick Fix

 Printer says "Connected" but won't print? Or drops connection all the time? This fixes it 99% of the time.

1. Turn OFF printer → wait 10 seconds → turn back ON


2. Restart your Wi-Fi router → unplug 30 seconds → plug back in


3. Once both are back ON → press Wi-Fi button on printer → reconnect to your network


4. Print a test page → ✅ Works!

 

✅ Why it happens: Printer and router get out of sync. Restart both → fresh connection → problem gone.
